Breath

Join us for a transformative 4-hour Breath Workshop at Bodhi Yoga & Wellness, where you'll discover the power of intentional breath practices to cultivate greater vitality, clarity, and inner peace. This immersive experience will guide you through various Vries breath techniques—simple yet profound breathing exercises designed to bring awareness to your breath, balance your energy, and deepen your connection to yourself.

In this workshop, you’ll explore practices that calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being, while also learning techniques to invigorate and uplift your energy. You'll gain an understanding of the physiological and emotional benefits of intentional breathwork, including improved focus, greater emotional resilience, enhanced lung capacity, and a renewed sense of calm.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course

The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course offered at Bodhi Yoga & Wellness is an evidence-based program designed to help participants cultivate greater awareness, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, MBSR is rooted in mindfulness practices that help individuals navigate the challenges of daily life with greater clarity, resilience, and ease.

Over the course of eight weeks, participants engage in a combination of guided mindfulness meditations, gentle yoga and mindful movement, group discussions, and self-reflection exercises. Each session builds on the principles of present-moment awareness, non-judgmental observation, and compassionate self-care, empowering individuals to respond more skillfully to stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and other life pressures.

Participants will learn practical tools to increase focus, regulate emotions, and create healthier relationships with themselves and others. Our supportive and inclusive environment encourages personal growth and connection as you explore the power of mindfulness to foster greater peace, balance, and joy in everyday life. Whether you're new to mindfulness or seeking to deepen your practice, the MBSR course provides a transformative journey toward greater self-awareness and well-being.
